The Student Work Placement Program (SWPP) is a joint initiative between the CCAA and Employment and Social Development Canada.

Through community engagement, mentorship, leadership development, workplace culture consulting, and immersive training at our Elevate Aviation Learning Centre, we introduce women and underrepresented groups to high-demand aviation careers. We work directly with industry leaders to promote their companies, showcase unique roles, and build a more inclusive future for aviation in Canada. Every program we deliver moves the needle.
