Jazz Aviation's eighth Inclusive Skies conference meets on October 29, 2026, at The Alt Hotel Toronto Pearson in Mississauga, Ontario. Sessions run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and registration opens at 8:00 a.m. The venue address is 6080 Viscount Rd.

The conference brings together aviation professionals from across Canada. Five sessions address mental wellness, practical inclusion, organizational culture, coalition building, and aviation safety. Kathy Fox is the keynote speaker. Senior leaders and other decision makers are the intended audience.

Five Sessions On Inclusion And Safety

The five-session program moves from individual experience to organizational practice. Mental wellness is treated as mission-critical, while another session addresses the shift from awareness to action. The sequence keeps workplace experience connected to operational safety rather than treating inclusion as a separate administrative topic.

Mental wellness as mission-critical
Moving from awareness to action
Embedding inclusion into organizational culture
Building coalitions across the aviation community
Advancing safety through inclusion

The conference's stated purpose is to exchange leading practices and advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility across aviation. The sessions also address workforce sustainability and organizational culture. Transport Canada targets a barrier-free Canada by January 1, 2040, with airport actions that include updated signage, evacuation plans, washroom features, and staff training.

Kathy Fox And The Canadian Aviation Audience

Kathy Fox delivers the keynote to an audience that includes aviation professionals from across Canada. The conference is designed for senior leaders and decision makers, so the discussion reaches people responsible for policy, workforce practices, safety programs, and organizational operations.

Represented organizations include airlines, airports, regulators, community organizations, and academic institutions. Airlines and airport leaders work alongside public, community, and academic participants. Aviation teams become safer when team members can be their authentic selves at work.
